REFUND POLICY

We want you and your little ones to love your WrovenDen. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and free from damage.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@wrovenden.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions from there.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow several business days for your refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your WrovenDen arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wrovenden.com with photos and we will make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and (ideally) in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
